Breaking News: No Decision On State Police

Governor Granholm's office says no decision has been made on calling back 55 laid-off Michigan State Police troopers. The governor's spokeswoman says the executive office is still implementing budget bills that were signed last week. Reports say troopers who were to be re-hired this week have been told not to report to work.
