Granholm Unhappy With Refusal To Close Canal

Governor Granholm says she's not happy that the Obama administration will not agree to close a Chicago shipping canal to keep Asian carp from reaching the Great Lakes.  But she says a meeting Monday with White House environmental officials yielded progress.
